Role: Software Team Leader (C++, Embedded Linux)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
Location: Crawley (hybrid)

Our client who are a solution provider focused mainly on Land, Sea, Air, & Radar systems and are based in the Crawley area. They are going through a continued growth phase and are now looking to hire a key Software Team Lead for to their business which means great opportunity to progress both your career and technically capability.
You would be working for a business who have 20 + years’ experience of software capabilities under their belt that enables them to modernise systems, integrate software packages, enable visualisation of real time control systems or push the boundaries of capability and performance by exceeding their customers’ expectations with high quality bespoke software solutions. Although they are Industry segment agnostic, they do have a strong track record in the demanding Defence sector (Land, Sea, Air, & Radar).
The Role:
You would be able to utilise your embedded linux and C++ skills in a role that remains 70% technically hands on with 30% focused on leading the team. You will be encouraged to voice your opinion and set examples of best practice. You will work closely with the board and genuinely be ‘heard’ on key issues – meaning you have a real say in the business direction. You will also be entitled to company shares as a lead member of staff.
