Originally hailing from Teesside, Phil now lives in the Northwest with his fiancé, daughter and a naughty dog. His passions include spending time with his family, fell running and watching rugby with a beer.
James Davies Principal Consultant
James has worked within Engineering and Engineering recruitment for a combined 12+ years and counting. Having worked on electronics equipment as a technician and RF and communication systems as an engineer he is able to offer a reasonably broad level of understanding to clients in the market that many of our competitors can not. James has a real interest in IOT and engineering technologies and couples this with the highest levels of customer focused service.
James settled in the Bristol area over 10 years ago and lives with his long-term partner and 16-year-old door stop; sorry “dog” 😊. Interested in all things food, most things with an engine, and pretty much any adrenaline activity which in his younger years included fastpacking and climbing multiple peaks solo.

Kelly is from the Northwest and lives with her partner and two cats who provide endless entertainment and cat hair! Pastimes include spending time with family and friends, films, wine (red specifically!) and a spot of yoga.

Originally from London James moved to the Southwest 12 years ago and is the father to two boys and is looking forward to planning his retirement on the back of their football.
His passions and interests include gym, football and boxing, with a new found love for golf, weekends are usually spend watching his sons play football whilst being forced to run the line.

Mike Morris Lead Consultant
Mike has worked with technology recruitment industry for over 17 years. He is passionate about providing a great service to his customers and likes to build genuine and strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. He is always open and honest and will always manage expectations correctly. He values the relationships he builds and you can see that with the number of clients he has worked with for multiple years.
Mike grew up in Bristol and still lives in the Bristol area with his girlfriend. His interests include cooking, football and trying to play as much golf as possible as soon as the suns out.

Mikaela has worked in recruitment for 2 years. Before that she worked in retail management. The career change essential in gaining a work life balance and to study for various IT qualifications. She has had a keen interest in IT for some time, whilst continuing to progress her knowledge, she hopes to further her career in Recruitment.
