"I accepted a contract role via another agency before I closed a deal on a permanent role via Zenovo but I shall be dealing with them once that has finished. Why? They were honest, careful, insightful, and offered good advice at all stages of the application and interview process. They took the time to understand my CV and asked questions about ambiguities. They put me forward for positions that suited me and my circumstances. Having been on the other side of the interview desk numerous times I would imagine that the service is just as good to the company who are recruiting as the prospective employer said, in interview, "Even if you don't come to us, I recommend that you use this agency, they're good."
