Role: Hardware Team Lead
Salary: up to £95,000
Location: Bristol (hybrid)

If you do then this Hardware Team Lead position that is 70% hands on technical and 30% management could be for you.
You’ll be leading a team of between 6-7 hardware engineers who form part of a larger team of roughly 35 engineers covering hardware, production, AI, deep learning, and Apps that sit within organisation of around 500 UK based employees. This means you would be joining a successful UK based division of a global organisation who are going through a period of growth and will help lead the way in road safety, smarter cities, and improved air quality.
You will be leading a hardware development team who are focused on vision systems, with connected sensors for automatic recognition applications.
Your experience of at least 1-2 years managing a team (appraisals, holidays, disputes, etc) within a similar technical environment coupled with a high level of experience with NVIDIA processor / CUDA will enable you to comfortably take the next step in your career in this position.

Along with the above you’ll receive a starting salary of up to £95,000 depending on the value you can add, annual salary review, 6% pension contribution, life assurance (currently lump sum of 4 times salary), 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service), and of course hybrid home working (1-2 days in the office PW).
