Role: Electronic Design Engineer
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Bath

In this position you will be part of a unique in-house R&D team of 50 expert hardware and embedded software engineers who pioneer the development of leading-edge technologies. You will work on a range of products renowned for their performance reliability, even in the harshest marine environments.
You will work on detailed analogue, digital and power supply circuit design along with the associated testing and improvement which will be done by utilising your hardware level software skills in C or C++. You will also work on the development of design processes and procedures used by the design team.
To be successful in this position your experience will include:
Design of digital electronics including embedded microprocessors (e.g, ARM, STM32, PIC)
Design of industrial control & data interfaces (RS422, CAN, USB, Wi-Fi, ADC, DAC)
Design of low power switch-mode power supplies
The ability to test your designs
