Role: IT Business Analyst
Salary: £45,000 - £57,000
Location: Oxford office hybrid (2 days a week)

As a talented individual who can streamline complex processes and bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements you’ll help deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Your operational team consists of 1-change manager, 3-project managers, and 1 experienced IT Business Analyst meaning you’ll be joining a well-established, supportive, and collaborative team that can help you settle in. The team deliver on roughly 30 ongoing projects at any one time and these cover multiple business units under 1 group umbrella.
As with any IT Business Analyst position your primary role is really to accurately capture the requirements so that the technical architects. Meaning you will already have a proven and demonstrable ability to capture requirements, lead process improvements, and create reports.
You’ll be based out of the Oxford office and need to be available to work from their 2-days per week. That said the majority of the team only really need to go in once a month for a meet / catch-up so there really is a high level of home working on offer here.
In addition to a high level of home working you’ll receive a starting salary of up to £57,000 depending on your level of experience. Other benefits include 25-days of holiday, private healthcare, a 5% matched pension, and more
